Abstract

This article explores an innovative ISTDP-based treatment program for Cluster C personality disorders at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg, Sweden. The program integrates individual and group therapy in a structured, stepwise format, emphasizing teamwork among therapists. Preliminary outcomes suggest promising improvements for patients. The approach highlights the benefits of collaboration, professional development, and sustainable healthcare solutions.
